To get a better idea of where you are in terms of daily calorie requirements and your Body Mass Index, we have provided you with the following tools to help undertake your goal.
- DAILY CALORIE EXPENDITURE CALCULATOR: This will give you approximately how many calories your body is burning per day.
- BMI: (Body Mass Index) Is a general measure of body composition.
- ACTIVITY CALORIE CALCULATOR: This calculator is more speciific to physical activities (i.e. housework, mowing the lawn, light office work, playing basketball, running, weight-training, etc.). It will allow you to gauge how many calories you burn-up in a designated amount of time.
PLEASE NOTE: For optimal results your "Goals" should be used in conjunction with a balanced nutrition program, a regular exercise program and plenty of rest.
