To get a better idea of where you are in terms of daily calorie requirements and your Body Mass Index, we have provided you with the following tools to help undertake your goal.

  1. DAILY CALORIE EXPENDITURE CALCULATOR: This will give you approximately how many calories your body is burning per day.

  2. BMI: (Body Mass Index) Is a general measure of body composition.

  3. ACTIVITY CALORIE CALCULATOR: This calculator is more speciific to physical activities (i.e. housework, mowing the lawn, light office work, playing basketball, running, weight-training, etc.). It will allow you to gauge how many calories you burn-up in a designated amount of time.
